Grundfos’ experience made flexible to inspire industries in the APAC region
To help the industries in the APAC region achieve the net-zero goal, Grundfos wanted to make this journey helpful and collaborative. They wanted to reconnect with their audience and show industry professionals the real-world benefits of Grundfos’ solutions. In doing so, get them excited to join Grundfos in their commitment to achieving net zero by 2050. They wanted their passion for sustainable solutions to be reflected in this event.

Grundfos and Maionic collaborated to create a multi-lingual experience for their sustainable initiative
Grundfos and Maionic came together to develop a comprehensive virtual event platform that solved the issue of demonstrating product applications while also educating visitors about the impact of Net-Zero.

The virtual showroom begins with a virtual avatar of Grundfos’s APAC Regional Manager, Eric Lai, briefing visitors about the showroom.
Smart UI
The virtual environment was split into three zones: an auditorium for live and pre-recorded presentations, learning breaks for industry-specific discussions, and an exhibition hall.
Product demonstrations
Each area was designed to promote engagement and detailed exploration of Grundfos' solutions.

Language adaptability
Since this was designed for the APAC region, the showroom could be explored in seven different languages: English, Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese (traditional Chinese), Korean, Japanese, and Bahasa Indonesian.
User-friendly navigations
The platform was designed for easy navigation and minimum clicks to enhance user experience and engagement. Interactive elements like live chats, Q&A sessions, polls, and gamification were added to engage attendees actively. This was coupled with detailed product demonstrations through multimedia content, enhancing the learning experience.
Branded Experiences
The showroom strategically presented Grundfos’ commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. It provided a space for experts to share knowledge on specific solutions tailored to various industries, highlighting the benefits of using Grundfos’ advanced technologies.
Optimized for increased engagement
Through immersive 3D product demos and interactive sessions, visitors could experience firsthand how Grundfos’ innovative pump technologies are making a difference. Attendees could engage in live chats with experts and this direct interaction allowed them to answer questions immediately, creating a truly satisfying experience for everyone and generating a lot of fruitful conversation.

Grundfos connected with its audiences to lead them to a Net-Zero future
Maionic built the Net-Zero virtual platform with a simple goal: to make exploring Grundfos' offerings intuitive and engaging. Grundfos also wanted the event to be accessible to a wider audience in the APAC region, hence the project could be viewed in 7 different languages. This aligned perfectly with their sustainability goals, eliminating the need for travel and reducing their ecological footprint.
